Q. What time do workers arrive at the job site?

A. On the first day, between 9 and 11 A.M. depending on traffic. 

Q. Do I need to be home when workers arrive?                                                

A. Yes, you should plan to be home in the morning until 12 O'clock . You need to verify the product and confirm the areas to be covered. Your failure to meet the installer will void all claims and liabilities.

Q. Do I need to stay home during installation?

A. No, In fact we prefer that you don't stay home. Our workers are professionals and have been with us for a long time. This is their career and they are fully trusted by Della Floors. Many of our customers give us the key to their home and go on vacation during installation.  

Q. Do you move pianos and pool tables?

A. No, customer is responsible for moving these items before crew arrival. 

Q. Will I get calls from Della Floors after a visit to the showroom or measurement?

A. No. We have a policy of not calling customers. We don't believe in telemarketing. People don't like to receive phone calls and we respect that.

Q. How soon can you start a job?

A. 7 to 10 days on average if the product is in stock. We work 7 days a week.

Q. What if something goes wrong during installation?

A. If something goes wrong, we are only a phone call away. No forms to fill out, No run-around, No hassle. We don't  stop working until you are completely satisfied.  

Q. Are there any extra charges over the advertised prices?

A. Yes, tile, hardwood or vinyl take up, toilet removal or floor repair.

Q. Do you sell cabin grade, builders grade or second quality products?

A. N0
