Yes, you should plan to be home in the morning until Q.
Do I need to stay home during installation? A.
No, In fact we prefer that you don't stay home. Our workers are
professionals and have been with us for a long time. This is their career
and they are fully trusted by Della Floors. Many of our customers give us
the key to their home and go on vacation during installation. Q.
Do you move pianos and pool tables? A.
No, customer is responsible for moving these items before crew arrival.

No. We have a policy of not calling customers. We don't believe in
telemarketing. People don't like to receive phone calls and we respect

How soon can you start a job? A.
7 to 10 days on average if the product is in stock. We work 7 days a week.

What if something goes wrong during installation? A.
If something goes wrong, we are only a phone call away. No forms to fill
out, No run-around, No hassle. We don't stop working until you are
completely satisfied. Q.
Are there any extra charges over the advertised prices? A.
Yes, tile, hardwood or vinyl take up, toilet removal or floor repair. Q.
