  • Giving any kind of ultimatum on product prices or availability

  • Push one product over another

• All prices are clearly marked on the products.  

• We only sell First Quality products. 

• We have in-house instant financing available. Please visit our showroom for details.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

• We require 50% deposit and 50% due when the job is finished.

• Della Floors & Construction does not stock any products. All products are purchased directly from manufacturers. Flooring manufacturers require a 25% re-stocking fee on all returned merchandise.

• There is no exchange, return or refund on natural products. This includes Granite, Marble, Travertine, Slate and Stones.

• Defective products can be exchanged at no charge.

• Labor rate for tiles or hardwood installation : ....$3.00  Per Sq-ft.
