Warranty

• Product warranties come from the manufacturers. Customers can ask questions from Della representatives, but they are ultimately responsible for product selection.

• Installation warranties is 1 year. Please note that we only do turn-key projects, we install only our own products therefore:

  • We don't sell any products (no cash & carry)

  • We don't sell labor or install customer's products.

• Natural Stones:   There is no warranty on natural stones, i.e. granite, marble, slate, travertine, etc. They are not man-made, therefore no manufacturer would accept returns.

• Hardwood:  All hardwoods sold at Della Floors are first quality and carry a life time structural and moisture warranty.  The wear warranty means top layer which ranges from 10 to 25 years.

• Carpet:   Warranty ranges from 5 to 20 years. Please see carpet  for more details.
